Acceptable Use You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the app or connected hardware.

Intellectual Property All app content, branding, and technology remain the property of Koalaty Products Inc.

Warranty The Koalaty Ascend bag is covered under our product warranty. Contact support@koalatyproductsinc.com for warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability Koalaty Products Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or connected products.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
